As a little girl, I dreamed of being an artist. I saw the extraordinary in the ordinary. I wanted everyone else to be able to view things as I did. It started with a small, blue Nikon camera my parents bought for me. Every day, I captured the beauty in simple things, from trees to old buildings to flowers and more. I happily snapped away, fell in love with photography, and I knew this was exactly what I was going to do. Ever since then my passion for photography has gotten stronger. Every day, I look forward to viewing life through my lens. Photography isn’t just a career I’m trying out, it’s no longer a dream; it’s my future and my passion. I see something new every time I look through that viewfinder.
